These are two large scale new builds in Wetherby for a developer. The lower ground floors of both houses needed to be built into the banking to utilise the space on this sloping site. They were built in reclaimed random stonework, with a red clay pan tile roof. Part of the high end specification internally consisted of underfloor heating, hardwood doors, oak skirtings and architraves and air exchange ventilation.
