9 House Building Constructions

This 9 house new build development was undertaken by Kernahan building contractors Ltd in 2015. It was a mix of 2 storey and 3 storey town houses built in imitation stone for a local developer.

This project came with a 13 month deadline and was completed on time, which was a challenge at times given the relatively tight site, deep excavations, reinforced concrete and associated works.
